Willhite Ventures is the portfolio of Justin Willhite, working out of Sonoma County, California. It is not a fund and it is not a holding company in any formal sense — it is the honest list of what one operator builds and runs.

The list currently runs to 15 ventures: 10 software products and services, and 5 media properties — product-review channels and daily AI-produced news shows. 2 of the 15 are still pre-launch, and they are marked that way on the register rather than quietly counted as finished.

The thing they have in common is the stack underneath them. Every venture here runs on our own servers, with our own analytics and our own publishing pipeline. We do not rent our foundation from a platform that can change its terms on a Tuesday, and we build client work the same way.

The register is deliberately blunt about status. Two of the 15 are pre-launch and are labelled that way, because a portfolio that quietly counts unfinished work as finished is worth nothing as a signal. Internal tooling is left off entirely — it is real and it runs, but plumbing is not a venture.

One person running this many things only works because the boring parts are automated and shared. The two daily shows are produced by the same pipeline, the review channels publish through the same stack, and everything on this page is monitored from the same place, so a failure surfaces here before anyone else notices it. The limiting factor is judgement, which is the part that cannot be handed off: nothing client-facing and no episode publishes without a human reading it first.
